Muay Thai kickboxing is a form of MMA that utilizes a system of combat that is centuries old. Similar to Kickboxing, Muay Thai teaches students that their most effective natural weapons are their fists, knees, elbows and legs. Hoboken Jiu-Jitsu’s Muay Thai program teaches their students the importance of self-defense while promoting an intense workout environment. The class is designed to be challenging, yet effective in teaching the technique and skills of Muay Thai.

Muay Thai Kickboxing classes involve partner training.  Where you learn to catch punches, counter punches, check kicks, counter kicks and all the advances techniques involved.
